"We were selling For Sale By Owner and Ed's persistence led us to list with One Home Realty. Ed and Ashley were very upfront and honest with us through the whole process. They did comparables of sold homes to show us what we should list ours at. When we wanted to list higher they were very matter of fact in letting us know that the house would be on the market for a while at that price. So...a few months down the road we gradually dropped the price to fit the market more. From contract to closing there was a delay on our part but they were very patient and kept good communication between all parties. We would recommend using One Home Realty to anyone. "Ed and Ashley were outstanding in working with me to find a home. I was only in town for a few days to look at houses , and Ed met me at 8pm my first night in to sit down and figure out what I was looking for. Ed obviously listened to what I wanted, and didn't waste my time showing me houses out of my price range. On my last day in town, I found a home to put an offer on, and Ed and Ashley ran me around town helping me gather up documents in time to make my flight out. The rest of the process was conducted via e-mail and phone. While I was still on the east coast preparing to move, they handled all my paperwork and got anything I needed to me as soon as possible. Within two days of arriving in St. Joseph, I was closing on an affordable and lovely home. I would highly recommend them to anyone moving to the area.

The One Home Realty website, findonehome.com was an ideal way to search for homes we would be willing to tour in person. I received automatic e-mails when a new home would come on the market in our price range. They were able to show us homes on week nights and weekends, which worked great with our schedules, and were easy to communicate with via e-mail and phone.
